Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unopened condition. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Special order items, opened software, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Custom-configured servers may be subject to a restocking fee.

Defective Items

Defective items are covered under manufacturer warranty. Contact us and we will assist with the warranty claim process.
